About Us

At Transform U, our mission is to address the major issues in well-being: forced diet and exercise.

With anxiety and depression on the rise, it’s time we move beyond the false goals of the wellness industry such as weight loss plans and excessive workouts. People need to identify the root cause of their unhealthy lifestyle, build awareness around it, and feel empowered to fulfill their mental, emotional, and physical needs.

Transform U focuses on helping people create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle through a unique approach that combines conscious movement (functional training, calisthenics, yoga postures), breathwork, and cold therapy. After 12 years of coaching, Ohan Shidanian, founder of Transform U, is expanding his message of holistic transformation to the world.

Founder, Wellness Coach

Ohan Shidanian is a personal wellness coach and the founder of Transform U. Ohan has vast experience in Body Movement (PT/FT certified), Calisthenics, Yoga (Multistyle YTT 200hrs & Yin 60hrs), Breathwork ELB (IPHM accredited), Cold Water Immersion (CWI – IPHM accredited). He focuses on achieving sustainable body transformation through a holistic approach which includes physical training combined with yogic asanas, breathwork, and conscious nutrition.

After 12 years of experience and continuous education, Ohan believes that we are more than physical beings and that a balanced life requires the nourishment of the body, mind, and spirit.
