• Where am I leaking energy unnecessarily?
Day 4 – Responsibility
• Where did I show up fully this year?
• Where did I avoid responsibility?
• What would taking responsibility look like moving forward?
Day 5 – Body & nervous system
• How has my body been speaking to me?
• What practices helped regulate me?
• What does my body need more of?
Day 6 – Relationships
• Which relationships feel nourishing?
• Which ones feel incomplete or tense?
• Is there something I need to express or release?
Day 7 – Work & purpose
• What felt aligned in my work?
• What felt forced or out of sync?
• What kind of work rhythm do I want next year?
Day 8 – Patterns
• What patterns keep repeating in my life?
• Which ones support me?
• Which ones am I ready to change?
Day 9 – Vision
• How do I want to feel next year?
• What kind of person do I want to be?
• What values do I want to lead with?
