Why I created this program
I created this program specially for men based on my own journey of self-development. Over the past 12 years, I’ve studied and explored practices such as physical training, yoga, breathwork, cold exposure, healthy eating habits, fasting, and discovering how powerful they are when brought together with intention.
My path wasn’t always easy. I’ve faced my own hardships, unhealthy habits, and serious addictions. Through discipline and deep self-work I gradually shifted my lifestyle and built new, healthier patterns. Working closely with people showed me that many men are looking for a space to reset, reconnect, and have honest conversations.

What should I expect during the ice plunge sessions?
A typical session includes body activation movements, breathing to prepare physically and mentally for the ice plunge. Don’t worry about the process; you will be guided fully and prepared in advance.
Where is the program held?
The program is fully offline and conducted in my studio located at Vrtanes Papazyan 18, near Victory Park.
What happens if I have to skip a session?
The core principle of this program is building discipline and non-negotiable standards. Therefore, we highly encourage you to join only if you are ready to make a full commitment. We will finalize the day/time of the sessions with all participants to ensure the schedule works for everyone.
