Personal Wellness Coach and the founder of Transform-U. Ohan is specialized in Body Movement (PT/FT certified), Calisthenics, Yoga (Multistyle YTT 200hrs & Yin 60hrs), Cold Therapy, Emotional Liberation Breathing, accredited by IPHM. He focuses on achieving sustainable body transformation through a holistic approach which includes physical training combined with yogic asanas, breathwork, and conscious nutrition.
Arpi is dedicated to helping individuals get out of the realms of the Past and the Future and finally come HOME, to the Present moment, reconnect with their bodies and emotions through transformative practices, discover their vast potential and change their external reality by changing the internal one. She blends breathwork, meditative practices, NLP and other science-backed techniques with intuitive guidance to support deep emotional release and mindful presence. Arpi creates a safe, nurturing space for self-discovery and renewal.
While music remains his primary modality of expression, his intellectual curiosity extends far beyond sound. Food, nourishment, and their impact on the body are other areas he loves to explore. He is deeply immersed in the study of human physiology and other vital systems and rhythms embodied in nature. By combining his discoveries and uncovering the necessary interrelations and connections, he creates integrated nourishment designed to align with the body’s evolution and its underlying biological harmony.
